Mole de Ciruela Pasa (Prune)

One of the proud creations of Jalapeño Loco, Mole de Ciruela Pasa!  This mole is made with dried peppers, Mexican spices, and the star of the dish, dried plums (prunes), a beautiful combination

of spice and sweet.   We are serving it with pork tenderloin $21.50 or

chicken breast $18.95 and with rice, beans, and tortillas.
