       One of the most traditional soups of Mexico is called Pozole. This wonderful dinner soup is made with pork and hominy (large white corn) in a guajillo chile and tomato flavored broth. It is served as is done traditionally with a side of cabbage, radish, and onion for you to dress as you wish and with tostadas. (gluten free)
