A delicious mixture of corn and roasted red peppers in a chicken broth based soup.

Stuffed jalapeño peppers, which are very typical in Mexican street food, with your choice of cheese or pork.  Served with a spicy salsa on the side.

One of the most traditional tamales from Oaxaca often made for special occasions.  We are serving three tamales filled with Mole Amarillito and shredded pork wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.  Served with a cup of black bean soup.  (gluten free))

Pipian is one of the oldest sauces in Mexican cuisine dating from the pre-Hispanic times.   It is made with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, dried peppers, tomatoes, Mexican spices, and more.  We are serving it with baked pork tenderloin or chicken breast, and with rice, beans, and tortillas.

Three tacos of battered cod with a chipotle aioli and topped with red and green cabbage and a sprinkling of queso fresco, Baja California style.  Served with rice and beans.
