One of Mexico's most traditional dishes all over the country. It's base is peanuts (cacahuates) which with other ingredients added create a wonderfully crafted sauce. This does have habanero chiles in the mix (you know we love habanero peppers) which offer just the right touch of heat, spicy but not too spicy! Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.
(gluten free with white or green rice)
