Handmade tortillas shaped into little "purses" stuffed with a chorizo and potato mixture served on a roasted tomato salsa. $5.75
Chile Relleno Estilo Tamal
Stuffed chile poblano with a mixture of three cheese's cooked tamale style wrapped in handmade masa. It is served with a roasted molcajete salsa topped with cotija cheese and served with rice and beans. (gluten free with white or green rice)
Camaron en Pipian Rojo
5 large shrimp crusted in a mixture of pumpkin seeds and nuts sauteed and served with red pipian mole and white rice. (gluten free)
Pork Ribs in Red Sauce (little spicy)
This is a well known dish all over Mexico which we tried again on our last trip to Mexico City. We felt that we just had to cook it for you. It is very tender pork ribs in a red salsa that is a little bit spicy. Served with rice, beans, and tortillas. (gluten free)
Tacos de Suadero
Three tacos of slowly baked beef brisket on corn tortillas topped with cilantro and onion.
This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.
A flan made with chocolate served with a berry salsa and a touch of vanilla ice cream.
