Cocktail de Camaron (appetizer)
One of our favorites since we tried it in Veracruz. A combination of citrus juices, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, avocado, an of course shrimp. Delicious! (gluten free) $8.95
One of the most traditional soups of Mexico is called Pozole. This wonderful dinner soup is made with pork and hominy (large white corn) in a guajillo chile and tomato flavored broth. It is served as is done traditionally with a side of cabbage, radish, and onion for you to dress the soup as you wish and with tostadas. (gluten free)
Camarones en Creamy Chipotle Salsa
Large shrimp sauteed and served in a sauce that is made with the wonderful smoky chile chipotle and Mexican cream. Served with white rice.
Tortilla Encrusted Tilapia
Filet of tilapia encrusted with tortillas sauteed and served with a avocado salsa, white rice, lettuce, and tomato.
Baja Fish Tacos
Three tacos of battered cod with a chipotle aioli and topped with red and green cabbage, Baja California style. Served with rice and beans.
This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.
