          Cream of mushroom soup with a touch of pecans and brandy.

Handmade tortillas shaped into little "purses" stuffed with a chorizo and potato mixture served on a roasted tomato salsa.   $5.75

Tamales de Amarillito

One of the most traditional tamales from Oaxaca often made for special occasions.  We are serving three tamales filled with Mole Amarillito and shredded pork wrapped in banana leaves and steamed.  Served with a cup of black bean soup.   (gluten free)

Chile Anaheim Relleno

In Oaxaca to make these chiles rellenos we use chile de agua, anaheim is the closest we come to that chile here.  We stuff them with queso panela (a soft, white light flavored Mexican cheese), cover them with a caldillo de tomatoes that is a bit spicy and serve them with rice, beans, and tortillas.

Tortas de Carne Desebrada

A traditional Mexico City dish served from diners to top quality restaurants.  They are tortas (patties) made with tender shredded beef, spinach, and egg served in a caldillo (salsa) of tomatoes.  Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.

Tacos de Carnitas

Three tacos of traditional slow cooked pork on corn tortillas topped with chopped red onion and cilantro.  (gluten free)


 This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.

Chocolate Flan

     A flan made with chocolate served with a berry salsa and a touch of vanilla ice cream.
