Cocktail de Camaron (appetizer)
One of our favorites since we tried it in Veracruz. A combination of citrus juices, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, avocado, and of course shrimp. Delicious! (gluten free) $6.50
Empanadas de Camaron
Handmade tortillas stuffed with shrimp and vegetables folded turnover style and fried. Just like eating on the Pacific Ocean side at Barra de Potosi. Served with salsa cruda (raw salsa), lettuce, pico de gallo, rice and beans. (gluten free with white or green rice)
Mole de Maiz Tostado
This is a typical dish from the Tehuantapec, Istmos, Oaxaca. The most distinctive ingredient is toasted corn (maiz tostado), mixed with dried peppers, tomatoes, and other ingredients to make this dish that brings back memories to Hugo from his childhood. We serve it with pork tenderloin, rice, beans, and tortillas. (gluten free with white or green rice)
These are two large sauteed portabello mushrooms stuffed with zucchini, black beans, and fresh Mexican cheese, topped with chihuahua cheese and served on top of a tostada drizzled with Mexican sour cream and vegetarian mole.

Baja Fish Tacos
Three tacos of battered cod with a chipotle aioli, topped with red and green cabbage and a sprinkling of queso fresco. Served with rice and beans.
This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.
