Mole Negro Oaxaqueño

The most representative of the moles of Oaxaca traditionally cooked and served in most celebratory events in Oaxaca.  We are happy to introduce this mole to you after a period of working to make it as it is in Oaxaca.  Made with dried peppers and about 20 more ingredients.  Served with chicken breast, rice, beans, and tortillas.


Wonderfully seasoned Mexican style meatballs served in a fresh tomato sauce with zucchini, topped with cotija cheese and served with rice and beans.

Pollo Encacahuatado

One of Mexico's most traditional dishes all over the country.  It's base is peanuts (cacahuates) which with other ingredients added create a wonderfully crafted sauce.  This does have habanero chiles in the mix (you know we love habanero peppers) which offer just the right touch of heat, spicy but not too spicy!  Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.  (gluten free with white or green rice)

Tacos Campechanos

Typical Mexico City street tacos made with bacon, chorizo, and tender steak topped with cilantro and onion.


 This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.

Buñuelos (dessert) 

     Fresh strawberries served on a crispy cinnamon sugar tostada topped with a wonderful mango salsa.
