Garlic Soup

        This is one of the most traditional soups in the Yucatan Peninsula and we tried it our last time there.  It is a chicken broth based soup infused with the flavor of fresh lime and vegetables.  We serve it with crispy tortilla strips and avocado chunks.  (gluten free)

Tradtitional "bites" from the streets of Juchitan, Oaxaca, Mexico.  They are slightly thick handmade tortillas topped with tender shredded beef, cabbage, tomato salsa, and cotija cheese.  (gluten free)  $12.50

Camaron en Pipian Rojo

5 large shrimp crusted in a mixture of pumpkin seeds and nuts sauteed and served with red pipian mole (a mole that is made based with the same nut mixture, dried chiles, and tomatoes)
and white rice. (gluten free)

Pollo Encacahuatado

One of Mexico's most traditional dishes all over the country.  It's base is peanuts (cacahuates) which with other ingredients added create a wonderfully crafted sauce.  This does have habanero chiles in the mix (you know we love habanero peppers) which offer just the right touch of heat, spicy but not too spicy!  Served with rice, beans, and tortillas.  (gluten free with white of green rice)

Baja Fish Tacos

Three tacos of battered cod with a chipotle aioli topped with red and green cabbage and a sprinkling of queso fresco, Baja California style.  Served with rice and beans. 


 This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.

Buñuelos (dessert) 

     Fresh strawberries served on a crispy cinnamon sugar tostada topped with a wonderful mango salsa.
