Sopa de Limon

          This is one of the most traditional soups in the Yucatan peninsula and we tried it our last time there.  It is a chicken broth based soup infused with the flavor of fresh lime and vegetables.  We serve it with crispy tortilla strips and avocado chunks.  (gluten free)

 Picaditas (appetizer)
We tried these for the first time in Mexico City and loved their flavor and simplicity.  They are slightly thick handmade tortillas topped with re-fried beans, chicharon (crispy pork skins), and cotija cheese.  (gluten free)  $5.75

Chile Relleno Estilo Tamal

Stuffed chile poblano with a mixture of three cheese's cooked tamale style wrapped in handmade masa.  It is served with a roasted salsa topped with coitja cheese and served with rice and beans.  (gluten free with white or green rice)

Lomito Yucateco

This dish is a typical dish from the state of Yucatan that we tried on our last trip to the Riviera Maya.  It's a sauteed, marinated pork finished in a spicy tomato sauce.  We serve it with rice, re-fried black beans, and tortillas.  It is garnished with the traditional garnish of sliced hard boiled egg.

Pollo Estofado
Like most of the traditional Mexican chicken stews Pollo Estofado is made with a combination of dried peppers, tomatoes, and Mexican spices to create a tasty sauce.  Cooked with chicken breast and potatoes and served with rice, beans, and tortillas.  (gluten free with white or green rice)

Tacos de Carnitas

Three tacos of traditional slow cooked pork on corn tortillas topped with chopped red onion and cilantro. (gluten free)



 This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.

Tostadas de Tinga de Pollo

Three tostadas topped with black beans and a delicious shredded chicken and chorizo mixture in a tomato and chipotle sauce topped with cilantro and cotija cheese.  Served with lettuce, sour cream, and black beans. 


 Fresh strawberries served on a crispy cinnamon sugar tostada topped with wonderful mango salsa.
