Sopa de Limon
This is one of the most traditional soups in the Yucatan Peninsula and we tried it our last time there. It is a chicken broth based soup infused with the flavor of fresh lime and vegetables. We serve it with crispy tortilla strips and avocado chunks. (gluten free)

Tamales de Verduras
These summery tamales are filled with zucchini, potato, chayote, and onion in a tomato salsa that are than wrapped in corn husks and steamed. (gluten free with white or green rice)
Chile Relleno Oaxaqueño
One of the most typical style of chile relleno in Oaxaca. It is a poblano pepper stuffed with a Oaxacan style shredded pork which is cooked with tomatoes, tomatillos, almonds, olives, capers, raisins, and spices to create a sweet and savory stuffing. It is served on a mirror of fresh tomato sauce with rice, lettuce, and tomato (the only ingredients with gluten are the olives and capers because of vinegar).
Pescadillas takes us back to the beachfront restaurant where we first tried them. They are deep fried empanadas filled with sword fish cooked in a red sauce. Served with rice and beans.

Baja Fish Tacos
Three tacos of battered cod with a chipotle aioli, topped with red and green cabbage and a sprinkling of queso fresco. Served with rice and beans.
This is a large handmade tortilla that is topped with re-fried beans, salsa verde, your choice of beef, chicken, ground beef, pork, grilled steak, grilled chicken, or pork al pastor, chihuahua cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, and Mexican cream.
Fresh strawberries served on a crispy cinnamon sugar tostada topped with a wonderful mango salsa.
